Jewish Ancestral Healing Passover Retreat

  • Rowe Conference Center 22 Kings Highway Rowe, MA, 01367 (map)

GATHER IN COMMUNITY THIS PASSOVER - A PARTICULARLY POTENT TIME FOR HONORING ANCESTRAL STORIES AND SHIFTING PATTERNS FROM CONSTRICTION TO FREEDOM.

With Taya Mâ Shere & Dori Midnight

For thousands of years, Jews have carried stories of resilience and blessings alongside stories of scarcity and survival. This weekend, join others in working to shift “survive” into “thrive,” transforming intergenerational Jewish trauma and connecting with wellness in your ancestral lines as a source of blessing and healing. Explore ancestor reverence rituals rooted in Jewish tradition, including song, visioning practices, ancestralization prayers, working with Jewish ancestral plants as allies and supports, and crafting talismans, healing tools and more.

Participate in an  engaging, creative and accessible Passover Seder. Learn fundamentals of Ancestral Lineage Healing, engaging in meditative practices and heart-centered ritual for building relationships with loving and wise lineage ancestors as a source of blessing, support, and healing in your life and in your ancestral line, while creating boundaries and support for troubled dead in need of assistance. Open to people of all faiths (or no faith!) and ancestral backgrounds, Jewish or not. Come solo, with family members, or with dear friends.

About Dori Midnight

Dori practices community-based intuitive healing that weaves plant and stone medicine, ancestral and queer magic, and justice work. Drawing on her training as a clinical and energetic herbalist and an interfaith minister, as well as her ancestral lineages (sephardi/ashkenazi), Dori's work is grounded in practices of collective liberation, self-determinism and love. Her work and life are inspired by and supported by a web of teachers, healers, artists, dreamers and witches rooted in Disability and Healing Justice, earth-based diasporic Judaism, and queer liberation. Dori lives in Western Massachusetts, where she offers intuitive healing, teaches workshops, and crafts ritual and remedies for helping heal wounds of trauma, oppression and disconnection.
